Maxim Healthcare Services Executive Appointment Enhances Focus on Culture of Quality and Customer Service
COLUMBIA, MD (September 15, 2011) –Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., an established provider of home healthcare, medical staffing and wellness services, recently appointed Timothy “Tim” Kuhn to the position of chief culture officer and vice president, where he will be responsible for developing and enhancing Maxim’s culture of quality and customer service.
Kuhn, who previously served as Maxim’s manager of national accounts, has 23 years of experience in the home health industry. For the last 15 years, Kuhn has held a variety of leadership positions at Maxim, managing at both local offices and the company’s headquarters. Recently, he spearheaded Maxim’s National Accounts Department, where he increased contracts 1263 percent over six years. Kuhn was chosen to serve as the new chief culture officer due to his strong leadership skills and experience in developing quality business operations and standards, corporate relations and employee training and structure.
