The Program Coordinator for National Accounts coordinates administrative tasks for the Program
Management Office, and provides customer service to clients and internal employees. The Program
Coordinator coordinates key national accounts, assists with reporting functions, and supports the
Program Managers as necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for administrative tasks related to current national clients
  • Coordinates new and existing business between clients and branch offices
  • Maintains and builds relationships with clients and branch personnel
  • Creates and maintains client-specific reports and additional reporting tools as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, required
  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required
