We are currently looking for LVNs with skilled nursing experience to bring on board for our Skilled Nursing Staff. 

We have full time and per diem opportunities available. 
  • Weekend Shifts - So you can pick up extra shifts if you already work full time.
  • 4/2 Rotations - If you're looking for full time work, we have you covered.
  • Per Diem/On Call Shifts - If you enjoy flexibility in your schedule & prefer variety. 
  • 8 & 12 hour Shifts - Overtime pay after EVERY 8 hour shift. 
With a wide range of shift types and locations ranging from Tulare County to Fresno County chances are we have a position for you.  

Requirements
  • Current LVN License
  • Current BLS
  • TB test within the last 12 months
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing
  • NOC shift availability is a HUGE PLUS.
On top of these requirements, most importantly, you MUST be reliable, able to work in a team or alone, and have a positive attitude. 

Details
  • $28-$32 an hour
  • OT after 8 hours
  • Full time, on call, per diem shifts
  • Positions thought-out the Central Valley.
