The Human Resources Data Coordinator inputs vital employee information into ADP Enterprise – Maxim’s Payroll and Human Resources system-of-record to ensure consistency and accuracy of employee records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Enters employee information into ADP (Maxim’s Payroll and Human Resources system-of-record)
  • Monitors termination ePTN queue in Service Now
  • Processes termination ePTN information
  • Keys new hire and rehire records in ADP Enterprise
  • Audit certain data points for new hires
  • Maintains consistent accuracy of data entered (data is crucial to proper transmission of payroll/benefits information)
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2-3 years in HR and/or an employee records environment strongly preferred
  • Experience using ADP Enterprise preferred
  • Data-entry experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to analyze personnel and payroll information and take appropriate action
  • Ability to function effectively as a team member while practicing excellent organizational/time-management skills, attention to detail, and follow-through to outstanding issues
  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills required
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
