The Experience Specialist performs duties within the Office of Maxim Experience with regards to all initiatives as it relates to the company’s experiences and programs for our key stakeholders, with the role’s primary focus being the Voices of Experience program.

Additionally the role would support in capacities including but not limited to Awards and Recognition, strategic initiatives and programs, board involvement and feedback loops. The Experience Specialist is responsible for responding to communications, reviewing data and feedback provided to the OME, as well as overseeing administrative requirements for various projects. 

The Experience Specialist will listen to the voice of our stakeholders and work with various offices and departments to ensure all necessary actions are taken, and will effectively perform tasks and duties as assigned as new and innovative items are generated by the Office of Maxim Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the development of the annual VOE project plan
  • Responsible for VOE data alignment
  • Oversees Dashboard QA and Comment QA for the VOE program
  • Responsible for VOE Comment Analysis
  • Will oversee and respond to communications in the ShareYourExperiences inbox
  • Updates the VOE SharePoint site and any other intranet related department needs as applicable
  • Will help provide analysis of feedback as needed for response and action
  • Will generate patient voice items from VOE to the applicable members of the OME for response
  • Assists in utilizing data and findings to support experience improvement and innovation.
  • Will take on additional tasks to enhance the overall Voices of Experience program offerings
  • Develops new and current survey questions and delivery
  • VOE overall project support & VOE administrative functions 
  • Helps execute ongoing feedback loops such as the Advisory Board
  • Provides ongoing execution for Office of Maxim Experience initiatives including but not limited to Employee Appreciation Day, Diversity and Inclusion etc.
  • Generates recognition through distribution of the Awards and Recognition submissions in the A&R inbox 
  • Updates the Awards and Recognition site as needed
  • Is a key player in the delivery of a successful annual Team Member of the Year program
  • Drives the Maxim Service Day benefit through activity highlights and program improvements
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
  • Survey program insight is preferred but not required
  • Data Analytics experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required 
  • Computer proficiency required, including experience with and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills and demonstrates an ability to express diplomatic empathy
