Jarrod DePriest

President

As president, Jarrod oversees company strategy and ensures that it adapts to community needs, identifies new growth opportunities, and cultivates motivation to fulfill and deliver our mission. Jarrod’s operational direction in collaboration with executive partners drives Maxim’s vision and values. He also serves as the Co-Executive Sponsor for Maxim’s Diversity and Inclusion Board.

Jarrod began his career with the company in 1998 as a Healthcare Recruiter. His excellence and commitment to servant leadership allowed him to rise quickly through several roles, including west region vice president and senior vice president of operations.

Jarrod has previously served on the boards for the Whitney Ranch Charitable Foundation Strokes4Hope and the California Association for Health Services at Home. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Allegheny College and a Master’s in Sports Administrations from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Toni-Jean “TJ” Lisa

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

As senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, TJ is responsible for overseeing all legal matters for the company including litigation, employment, corporate, and compliance related matters. TJ joined Maxim in November 2009 and brings more than 30 years of health care, litigation, and general corporate law experience. 

Before joining us, TJ served as executive vice president and general counsel of Fundamental Administrative Services, senior corporate counsel for Trans Healthcare, Inc. and as in-house counsel for Integrated Health Services, Inc. TJ started her legal career with the law firm Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Gray (now Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann) and worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland.

TJ earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the College of William and Mary, where she played field hockey and lacrosse. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Kellie Lanier

Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations and Chief Nursing Officer

As senior vice president, clinical operations and chief nursing officer, Kellie is responsible for advocacy efforts for the nursing profession and developing the nursing workforce. Kellie joined Maxim in 2007 as a clinical supervisor. Since then, she has held multiple clinical leadership roles across the organization that have fortified her knowledge of policy and processes related to quality improvement, professional development of clinical and operational staff and driving patient outcomes. 

Before joining us, Kellie worked at the Coastal Rehabilitation Hospital in Wilmington, NC, as a certified nursing assistant, registered nurse and RN coordinator.

Kellie received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of North Carolina–Wilmington.

Laura Coulombe

Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development

As vice president, Human Resources and Organizational Development, Laura oversees internal recruitment, training and organizational development, talent management, internal communications, employee experience, employee relations, and the Maxim Centers of Excellence. Laura oversees the direction of human resource strategies focused on fulfilling Maxim’s mission to enhance the quality of life within our communities.

Laura joined Maxim in 2010 and brings more than 20 years of strategic professional experience, having served in several human resources functions in the healthcare and banking industries. She has served on Maxim’s Diversity and Inclusion Board since 2016 and is now the board’s co-Executive Sponsor.

Laura is a certified HR professional through SHRM-CP and holds a PHR with the HR Certification Institute and certifications in Myers Briggs and the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Laura is actively involved in her community and volunteers regularly at the Second Harvest Food Bank.

Deeley Middleton

Chief Compliance Officer

As chief compliance officer, Deeley is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s compliance and ethics program, including all compliance initiatives, internal audits and training.

Deeley joined Maxim in 2010 as North Regional Vice President of Clinical Services. Since joining us, she has served as a clinical sponsor for the implementation of a new financial and clinical management solution, improved Maxim’s Orientation and Competency policies and procedures, developed our Simulation Training Center, and implemented clinical quality initiatives to improve patient care. Before joining Maxim, Deeley was the General Manager of Critical Care Systems. 

Deeley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Duke University and a Master of Science degree with a concentration in nursing and health policy, and a Minor in nursing of children from the University of Maryland.

Richard Li

Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Richard supports Maxim’s strategic initiatives and oversees the Information Services department. He is dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement, including developing and delivering technology solutions that support business needs.  

Richard joined Maxim in 2010, and has played an instrumental role in leading Maxim’s technology strategy and roadmap. With over 20 years of Information Technology experience, Richard has enabled Maxim to make tremendous strides in our ability to align technology with business processes and client needs and has led the development and implementation of our current core applications.

Richard received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School.

Matthew Sticklin

Chief Financial Officer 

As CFO, Matthew is responsible for leading all of Maxim’s financial operations and activities and establishing and monitoring financial plans and budgets.

Matthew joined Maxim in 2003 as a reimbursement specialist and has served in several capacities within the company, including reimbursement specialist, financial analyst, controller and senior vice president of Finance. He has also served as the CFO for Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA) and Allegis Partners, part of the Allegis Group.

Matthew earned dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Natural Science degrees from Muhlenberg College. He serves as a treasurer and board member for Downtown Baltimore Child Care, a nonprofit that provides early education and childcare to the local community.

Megan Morrissey

Vice President, Marketing 

As vice president, Marketing, Megan drives Maxim’s marketing and brand management strategies and oversees the marketing department. She has a passion for people and is dedicated to advancing Maxim’s mission in the communities we serve.

Megan joined Maxim in 2023 and brought a wealth of branding, strategy, positioning and storytelling experience to the company. Before joining the Maxim team, Megan served in several brand management and leadership roles in the outdoor and beverage industries, most recently as VP of Marketing for the Thule group.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
