Habilitation Services

Community-based services for children and adults with disabilities

Maxim’s habilitation services help individuals with special needs achieve their full potential. Our trained intellectual and developmental disability professionals work with participants, their families and case managers to develop personalized plans focused on attaining short- and long-term goals. These plans are periodically adjusted to increase the chances of success.

What we do

Focusing on training, our staff work one-on-one with participants both in the home and in the community to teach new skills, maintain current skills and improve health outcomes. Currently only available in North Carolina, our services help individuals participate in activities that are meaningful to them.
