There are numerous compelling reasons to pursue a career at Maxim. We are committed to fostering the growth and development of our employees, from recent graduates to seasoned leaders. This article highlights how Maxim’s leadership remains at the forefront of excellence and the resources it provides to support employee success.
Leadership essentials training program (LET)
The Leadership Essentials Training program is a seven-week interactive course tailored for office leaders in clinical and operational roles. Each month, three offices participate by sending nine top leaders, such as operations managers, clinical managers and field support managers. Participants oversee key aspects of their offices, including financials, operations, team and caregiver development and patient care and satisfaction.
This program empowers participants as partners to take ownership of their team’s performance by leading them to be more successful in their roles, using reports and other resources to effectively support Maxim’s mission and patient centered care, and analyze their business’ ability to grow and refine their operating rhythm to align with their five-year plan.
The program includes five workbooks, area leader calls, an executive leadership panel and culminates in an in-person HQ presentation.
