At Maxim, we offer personal care, private duty nursing and intermittent nursing to individuals with land-based, maritime employment with benefits from the Division of Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation.

The Division of Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation covers employers who employ workers for maritime work or in a maritime occupation, longshoremen or those in long-shore operation and other employees covered through the Defense Base Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act and the Non-appropriated Fund Instrumentalities Act.
